Once purchased you will be emailed an individually generated check out code that will be used when booking your services.

Payment for appointments booked will be deducted from your package credit balance. Once credit balance is empty, you will be responsible for the remaining balance of the service provided. Another package may be purchased at that time as well.

Free/ half priced silk presses cannot be scheduled during a holiday week.

Cancellations within 72 hrs of scheduled appointments will result in a $85 cancellation fee deducted from service credit balance.

Once purchased a contract will be sent via email.
*Contracts must be signed with 48 hrs of purchase. If not signed in the allotted timeframe. Package will be cancelled and refunded. Cancelled packages are subject to a $100 return fee.*
